Queen Ranch Chicken

4 oz velvetta cheese -- cubed
12 oz chicken
4 teaspoon lite margarine
1 onion -- chopped
1 small can of green chilies --
1 drained
14 oz canned stewed tomatoes --
1 chopped
4 teaspoon cornstarch
1 1/2 can chicken broth
4 corn tortillas
1 salt & pepper -- to taste
1 garlic powder -- to taste
1. In a non-stick pan, sautŽ chicken and onion in margarine until done.
2. Add cornstarch and 1 cup broth. Cook 5 minutes.
3. Add 1/2 cup broth, tomatoes, green chilies and cook until thick.
4. In a casserole dish layer tortillas, cheese, and chicken mixture.
5. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes
