Baja California Chicken

2 whole chicken breasts
1 seasoned salt and pepper
2 tablespoon vinegar
1/4 teaspoon dried tarragon
2 tablespoon olive oil
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 cup sherry
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Put the oil and vinegar into a skillet and press garlic into the mixtu While the pan is heating up, sprinkle the seasoned salt and pepper ont chicken.
Saute' the chicken breasts until they are "golden brown." Place chicke into a baking pan and pour sherry over chicken. Place pan in the oven 10 minutes. Serve and enjoy!
