Baked Chicken Breasts Supreme

3/4 cup nonfat yogurt; plain
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
1/4 teaspoon celery seed
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1/2 clove garlic; minced
1/4 teaspoon salt; optional
1 dash pepper
4 chicken breast halves without skin; boned
1 cup bread crumbs

In a large bowl, combine first 8 ingredients. Place chicken in mixture and turn to coat. Cover and marinate overnight in the refrigerator. Remove chicken from marinade, coat each piece with crumbs. Arrange on a shallow baking pan. Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 45 minutes or until juices run clear. (Per serving: 260.6 calories; 3.3 g fat; 0.8 g saturated fat)
