Baked Chimichangas

8 flour tortillas; 8 inch
1 1/2 cups chicken breast halves without skin; cooked, cubed
2 ounces cheddar cheese, lowfat
3/4 cup salsa

Preheat oven to 400°. Mix filling ingredients. Warm tortillas until pliable (about 5 seconds each in microwave or in nonstick skillet). Wet one side of tortilla and place wet side down. Spoon on filling ingredients. Fold to hold in filling. Spray baking dish with nonstick coating. Lay chimichangas seam side down on baking dish. Bake for 15 minutes. (363.9 calories; 8.6 g fat; 2.0 g saturated fat).
