Bronzed Birdspoultry 3 game hens (20-oz) 1 garlic cloves 1 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon black pepper 1/4 cup honey 1/4 cup bourbon 1/2 cup butter or margarine; melted Place game hens in shallow baking pan.
