Brown Devilled Chicken

4 chicken joints
2 oz margarine, melted
2 teaspoon mustard powder
1 teaspoon curry powder
1 teaspoon caster sugar
1 tablespoon plain flour
1 tablespoon sweet brown pickle
1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
Set oven to 190C,375F,Gas Mark 5.
Place the chicken joints in an oven proof dish. Mix together the remaining ingredients and spread over the chicken.
Bake for 1 hour, turning once, until cooked. Garnish with lemon slices and serve hot with vegetables.
