Chicken Barbeque Sauce - Ed's

1/3 cup Olive oil
1 cup Water
3 tablespoons Onion; grated
1/2 teaspoon Garlic puree
2 teaspoons Sugar
1 teaspoon Salt
2 teaspoons Paprika
1 teaspoon Fresh ground black pepper
1/3 teaspoon Dry mustard
1 1/4 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1 1/4 teaspoons Tabasco
2 tablespoons Tarragon vinegar

Combine all ingredients and simmer about 25 minutes. Use as a basting sauce when grilling or spit barbecuing chicken. Posted to the BBQ List by Carey Starzinger on Sep 27, 1996.
