Chicken Paprika~ Light Version

3 lb chicken breast halves
1 without skin -- cut up
1/4 cup oil
1/4 cup onion -- minced
1 cup mushrooms -- sliced
1 can tomato soup, condensed
1/2 can water -- if needed
1 cup sour cream, imitation
1 whole bay leaf
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper

Lightly dust chicken with flour. Saute quickly until browned. Remove from pan. Saute onions & mushrooms until lightly browned. Blend in rest of ingredients, bring to a simmer. Add chicken, and simmer, covered, for 30 to 45 minutes or until chicken is tender. Remove bay leaf before serving. Recipe By : Ruth Moravec From: Date: 05/28
