Chicken & Sausage Bake

3 lb frying chicken
2 each garlic -- minced
1 lb sweet italian sausage
1 each pepper, sweet -- green
16 oz tomatoes
Preheat oven to 375. Lightly saute chicken (cut into serving pieces) and sausage (cut into 2 inch pieces) in a large oven proof casserole until browned. Add tomatoes, garlic, and green pepper (cut into chunks). Bake, covered, 1 1/2 hours, or until broth is somewhat reduced and chicken is tender.
