Coca Cola Chickenpoultry 3 lb cut up chicken 3/4 cup coca cola 1 cup catsup Place cut up chicked in an UNgreased skillet. Mix 3/4 cup of COKE and 1 cup of Heinz catsup together and pour over the chicken. Bring to a boil. Turn the burner down, cover, and simmer for 15 minutes. Uncover and cook 1 hour or until tender. (This tastes just like barq chicken) DO NOT SALT. |
