Creamt Chicken Primavera
poultry
2 teaspoon butter or margarine
3/4 lb boneless skinless chicken
1 breasts -- cut into strips
1 each 16 oz. pkg green giant
1 primavera frozen
1 pasta and vegetables
1/4 cup water
1/4 cup light sour cream
In a large skillet over medium-high heat, brown chicken in butter. Add pasta accents and water, stir to combine. Cover; reduce heat to medium. Simmer 7 to 9 minutes, or until vegetables are crisp-tender, stirring occassionally. Stir in sour cream; heat thoroughly.
