Creole Creole Chicken

1/4 lb cooked ham
1 each fryer chicken cut up
1 teaspoon salt
1 each green pepper -- chopped
1/2 lb polish sausage -- sliced
6 each green onions -- chopped
3 cup cooked rice
16 oz can tomato paste
1 several drops of bottled
1 hot

In crockpot combine chicken, pepper, onions, tomatoes, tomato paste , ham, salt and hot pepper sauce. Cover and cook on low 4-5 hours. Turn control to high. Add sausage and cooked rice. Cover and cook on high 20 minutes. Converted by MMCONV vers. 1.00
