Crispy Corny Baked Chicken

1 chicken fryer (2-3 lbs.)
1 cut up, skin & fat removed
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1 cup skim milk
1 cup cornflake crumbs
2 centiliter garlic minced

Preheat Oven To 400 F. Season Chicken With Salt, Pepper & Garlic. Dip Into Milk & Roll in Cornflake Crumbs. Place in Lightly Pam Sprayed Baking Dish Being Careful That The Pieces Do Not Touch. Bake 45 Min. OR Until Tender. (Fat 5.6. Chol. 79.)
