Deviled Turkey

turkey legs and wings; jointed
1 tablespoon pepper vinegar
1 tablespoon prepared mustard
1 tablespoon celery sauce
1 tablespoon acid fruit jelly
salt and pepper; to taste
pounded crackers

"Place the legs and wings (jointed) on a gridiron. Broil slowly. Have ready a sauce made of - 1 tablespoon pepper vinegar, 1 tablespoon made mustard, 1 tablespoon celery sauce, 1 tablespoon acid fruit jelly. A little salt and pepper.
