Oven-crisped Orange Chicken

1 egg; beaten
1/3 cup frozen orange juice concentr
2 tablespoon soy sauce
1/2 cup fine dry bread crumbs
1 teaspoon paprika
3 tablespoon unsalted butter; melted

Preheat oven to 375. Combine the egg, orange juice concentrate, and soy sauce; stir to mix well. In a small bowl, combine the bread crumbs and paprika. Put melted butter in a 13 x 9 x 2 baking pan. Dip chicken pieces in the orange-soy mixture, then coat with crumbs. Place chicken skin side up in baking pan. Sprinkle with any remaining crumbs. Bake uncovered for 50 minutes. Do not turn.
