Quick Tartar Sauce For Chicken Or Fish

1 cup mayonnaise
3 sweet pickles -- finely
1 chopped
1 tablespoon fresh parsley -- chopped
1 hard-boiled eggs -- chopped
1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
* Use only real mayonnaise.
In a small bowl, combine all the ingredients. Cover tightly and chill.
